Everything you need to know before booking.
Do you come to my location?+
Yes — we're fully mobile. We bring all the equipment, water and power needed to detail your vehicle in your driveway, parking lot or workplace.
What areas do you service?+
We're based in Vaudreuil-Dorion and serve the West Island, Montreal, the South Shore (Rive-Sud) and surrounding areas. A small transportation fee may apply depending on location.
What do you need from me on the day?+
Just a spot to park the car. We bring our own water and power. If access is limited, let us know in advance and we'll plan accordingly.
How do I pay?+
We accept cash, debit, Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes — we recommend booking at least a few days ahead, especially during peak season. You can book directly online through our Book Now button.
What if it rains on the day of my appointment?+
We'll reach out to reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate. No charge for weather-related rescheduling.
Can I book for more than 1 vehicle?+
Absolutely — we regularly take care of multiple vehicles in one visit. Give us a call so we can plan the timing and pricing for your fleet.
Can I add custom requests?+
Of course — every car is different. If there's something specific you'd like done (pet hair removal, heavy stains, special products, etc.), give us a call and we'll tailor the service to your needs.
